Our laboratory covers complete blood count (CBC), blood chemistry and metabolic panels, liver and kidney function tests, lipid profile, blood sugar, thyroid function, hormone tests, urinalysis, HIV/hepatitis and STI screening, tumour markers and electrolyte studies. Full laboratory list.

Walk-in patients are welcome during opening hours. Booking ahead reduces your waiting time, and we recommend calling in advance for scans so we can confirm availability.

Many routine tests can be arranged directly with us. If you have a referral or request form from your doctor, bring it — it tells us exactly which investigations to run.

We accept cash and bank transfers.

It depends on the test. Some blood tests require fasting; some scans require a full bladder or other preparation. Tell us which test you are having when you book and we will give you the specific instructions beforehand.

Turnaround varies by test — routine laboratory results are typically faster than specialised investigations. We confirm the expected timeline for your specific test when you book or check in.

Ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves rather than ionising radiation, which is why it is the standard imaging method used routinely in pregnancy care worldwide. Scans should still be carried out for a clinical reason by a trained operator — discuss the timing and number of scans with your doctor or midwife.

X-ray imaging uses a small dose of ionising radiation. Digital systems generally require a lower dose than older film-based ones and produce images faster. Tell your radiographer if you are pregnant or think you might be, so the examination can be reviewed before going ahead.
